Is it possible to add Notes Tab to Sales Opportunities and Leads Screens?

I really like the Notes sections available in Accounts, but this tab isnt available in Sales Leads and Opportunites Screens. Is there an easy way to add this either in the PDI or SDK?Thanks, Tammy
