To add administrators I went to the BTP cockpit for the organization -> sub account.Then selected Instances and Subscriptions.Found the Environment for Kyma and clicked on it.Then click on the "..." for the Kyma environment and select "View Parameter...

I did not find the accepted solution solved my access to the Kyma dashboard.But I now realized I was not in a trial account so the UI is different.
