How to make PR Description & HEader Note in ME51N tcode as mandatory fields

Hi All,I want to make to Make "Description" & "Header Note" Mandatory in ME51N Tcode.Same "Header Note" should be copied to PO(while doing with reference to PR).Please let me know.Thanks in Advance.
