Why would you abandon SE38 if it offers better tools? I'm not looking at the drawbacks, I'm looking at the advantages of each, it's why I use both Eclipse and the SAP GUI backend IDE ("SE38"). On Eclipse by default, and SAP GUI from time to time.

You didn't indicate that the subroutine SET_TAB contains probably TABBLK-ACTIVETAB = VALUE #( prog = sy-repid dynnr = dynpro_number ). Possibly you indicate 101, 102, ..., but it should be 0101, 0102, etc. Or the dynpro screens are not active or they...
