Is there a way to notify from the tool more persons (such as the responsible functional consultant and technical consultant) related to progress of the defect, and not only the person who’s working on the defect?

Is it possible to link two defects that can be dependent on each other?

Can we add screen shots or attach analysis documents into the defect?
