Not able to use RFC action in build app

I have created a RFC action project. I am able to successfully test it . I have added this action in build app button logic. However , as my rfc action is connecting to onprem system using rfc destination & cloud connector - I am not getting option to chhose destination for this action in build app. 

Is it not possible technically to use rfc action ?

As a work around i created a task process and I have added this task process to my app integration , but this task process doesnt appear to be selected on button logic. Adding screenshots for this issue -

For rfc action - not able to add buildapp.enalbed for rfc type destination.
