I cannot create a new instance - anyone have an idea for what this is caused by:

Your virtual machine SAP S/4HANA 2021 FPS01 & SAP HANA DB 2.0 was unexpectedly terminated.

Reason : Client.InternalError:Client.InternalError: Client error on launch.

Thank you so much for this blog I had gone through this blog and Document but my problem is still going but there is one thing which I had not apply which was new AWS Account . I was using existing AWS account on which one instance is already running for node server.

Please guide me.

Many thanks for you answer.

We have set up a user for this in the AWS, which previously has worked (I installed a SAP system latest in January 2022).

Do you know, if some restriction has been made? As I'm not logging on to CAL with the same user credentials as the one in AWS.

Yes, this was changed when using AWS as hyperscaler (ie. IAM users that worked before won't anymore).

if your hyperscaler is AWS, it might be a missing authorization policy for your AWS IAM user, see https://caldocs.hana.ondemand.com/caldocs/help/AWS_FAQs.pdf, page 2.
