[XSLT]: Dynamic rows creation and values(in column) based on dynamic nested XML nodes

Hi Experts,

Requirement is to send a CSV for a target system from the attached XML.

Source XML is from SFEC which contains department hierarchy and is dynamic for each employees, we need to create the number of rows in CSV based on the department hierarchy for each employee and is achieved already with the attached XSLT. The challenge here is the misalignment of the values in the columns. 

Any leads, suggestion to achieve the desired output within the XSLT would be really helpful.

The alignment of the values seems fine though; with "misalignment" you're specifically referring to the additional Location Type, Parent Path,... headers for each employee in the output file?
