XSJS configuration of HANA application on Business Application Studio

I'm trying to setup xsjs configuration of HANA application on Business Application Studio for the first time.

I'm following this blog post and documentation to set it up:

1) I'm unable to find manifest.yml file in the directories ( I created the app from hana template) while doing 8th step. Could you please tell me where I can find this?

2) When following 9th step (pushing services folder). In default, terminal is opening in bash, can't execute xs commands there. What should I do in order to execute xs commands?

Please leave your answer if you know how to solve any one of the above.
If you know any clearer documentation on how to set up xsjs config for the first time on Business Application Studio, please let me know
