Dear,
A couple of days ago XSA has been deinstalled from the HANA system. But it is still visible in LMDB. Below example for HGQ system. More systems have this issue.
HGQSYS - SystemDB
XS Advanced Runtime is still marked as diagnostics relevant, not supplied, installed not selected for Product Instance and Details.
On the Details tab the XS components are still visible under XSA Runtime.
On the Software Components Versions tab nothing related to XSA is available.
HGQ - Tenant
On the Product Instance tab - nothing related to XSA is available. But HANA 1.0 is still visible, removed years ago.
On the Details tab - nothing related to XSA is available. But HANA 1.0 is still visible, removed years ago.
On the Software Components Versions tab - SAP EXTENDED APP SERVICES 1 is still available. Also HANA Client 1.0 is still visible, removed years ago. Also HostAgent 7.21 is visible, this is already for a long time 7.22.
SAP EXTENDED APP SERVICES 1, HANA Client 1.0 and HostAgent are supplied automatic.

How can we get the registration correct?

Dear ,
Thank you for contacting SAP Support.
I have checked the attachment, are you using SLD?
If you are using SLD and know the HGQ landscape very well, you can directly delete the mentioned incorrect entry in LMDB and the corresponding one in SLD.
If you are using SLD (or not using SLD), but don't know the HGQ landscape very well, you can delete the completed HGQ DB in LMDB (and SLD), make sure that it is cleaned up, and then re-register HGQ HANA DB by HDBLCM tool
Regarding how to correctly register HANA DB to SLD or LMDB by HDBLCM tool, you can check KBA 2436986.
