xs webdispatcher administration console

Dear experts,

I hope you are doing well and safe

I have a problem when i try to access to XS webdispatcher administration console using the URL below:

https://hanahost:4300/sap/hana/xs/wdisp/admin/public/default.html, it show me just the a blue and white page, the menu is not exist (please see the screen shot)

Knowing that the user system has the role *xs* including the webdispatcher roles

Could you please help me on this matter?

Hope you doing all well too.

Just wanted to inform you to double check on roles as the user SYSTEM doesn't generally has WebDispatcherAdmin xs role unless assigned explicitly.

You may look into the below KBA, if all the necessary roles are already present then please increase webdisp trace to get the details.

The problem is resolved, below the steps that i followed:

1) I configured the wdisp / enable_admin_ui_for_sid in webdispatcher.ini - [profile] (see the snote "2107899"

2) I tried to access to the link 'webdispatcher administration console but the same problem

2) I applied the workaround that @mickael cocquerel suggested below " ...is to authenticate first using the following URL : https://hanahost:4300/sap/hana/ide/ and then, connect again to https://hanahost:4300/sap/hana/xs/wdisp/admin/public/default.html without closing your browser."

I have similar issue with several URLs of XS Classic.
The workaround I found is to authenticate first using the following URL : https://hanahost:4300/sap/hana/ide/ and then, connect again to https://hanahost:4300/sap/hana/xs/wdisp/admin/public/default.html without closing your browser.

I tried your solution but i have the same problem

I connected to https://hanahost:4300/sap/hana/ide/ and with the same browser i opened the URL https://hanahost:4300/sap/hana/xs/wdisp/admin/public/default.html by another tab = same issue

Hello Marouane,

Sorry, no other idea. On my side I can access Web Dispatcher Admin page with no issue.

Maybe check your browser trace (network trace or JavaScript error)
