wrong component allocation to operation in production order

Hello,

I have done change of component allocation in Routing, but when I create order the component stays with backflush indicator and old operation allocation:

Below you can see routing component allocation:

Now in production order I get operation 0090 and backflush still active:

I did delete allocation for this component, saved and again went for change and assigned the component to other operation. Still when I create order only for this material it is not reflecting the changes. It is correct for other components that has been changed with the same change number.

We have solved the problem.

For some reason PLMZ table was not updated correctly. The first allocation for the material was not set with deletion flag that is why this was taken by production order as valid assignment and other changes for allocation was ignored:

The solution for this was creation of new change number with the same date as the one that is wrongly updated in PLMZ. Than under new change we deleted the assignment for the component. That put del indicator to 242 and now system is taking the last one 493 as a valid one.
