Hi All,
ABAP Development SAP Workflow Management
In a PO Release Workflow have fork with 5 branches , First branch mail will be send to user outlook once PO created/ changed he apporove/reject there , if he approve PO gets released then workflow end.
Next Branch , User will go to ME28 and release the PO then PO gets released ,Mail will be send workflow ends.
Issue is for one user when he use ME28 to Release ,PO is Released/Released event occured but Mail step not Triggered .
I have tried using SWUE event is tiggered ,Mail step is completed. This issue is happening only when using ME28 for xxxx User , No issue with other users
Difference I noticed ,When Release through SWUE
When Release happening through ME28, I see here internal RFC call.
Please Guide here.

I'm more accustomed to looking at the workflow log using 'Technical View' and 'Classic Technical View' which I know is not to everyone's taste. So let's try to look at this another way.
What have you looked at to identify the error?
ST22? SM58? Have you looked in SLG1? Are you certain the user has the authorizations to perform ME28?
Of course, you will expect to see different Main Programs in the event linkage detail. SAPLSWUS indicates that you raised the event via transaction SWUS. RSM13000 is an ABAP program executing update requests in UPD work processes.

Yes User has authorization to Perform ME28 . PO is released but WF Mail step not triggering.
I do not see any logs in ST22 ,SM58.
