workflow user assignment

Hi,

We have a workflow for vendor payment relase and we want to change the agent (users) attached to the payment relase task. But when we assinged the new user by delimiting the old user ( using PPOMW), still the old user getting the workflow approval notices to his business workplace.

How to stop that pls advice.

Hi,

  Please check this is same workflow instance or different workflow instance. Might be workflow instance have send the notice which already stored in worklfow container as old agent. New agent is not selecting.   so you can check the workflow design and log for the step of sending notice

Hi Anjan,

How to check the workflow instance we have done the chnages in the same mapping which was there previously, new documents are flowing to new users at the same time these goes to old users as well.

We have tryed several times but this is still the same.

Hi,

  you can find it from technical log. You have check the log for the step , what agent is populating or which step agent rule or responsibility are  mentioned .
