Workflow step Problem - INVOICE

Hi Experts ,

I have to trigger a workflow in case of inbound INVOICE error .

I have defined one of the step in my workflow using standard task (TS00008056) and did the binding with following details.

Task : TS00008056 (Standard task for INVOICE FI).

IDOCINVOIC (BO) -->INPUTFOREGROUND( Method).

IDOCINVOIC (BO) -->INPUTERROROCCURREDFI (Triggering event)

When execute the workflow, it is creating work item without any errors. But When I try to execute the work item, it is giving error 'Idoc does not exist in the data base'.

Make sure the event binding itself is correct. You need to bind EVTOBJECT to WIObject_ID and Exception to Exception.

Hi Ranjith,

It seems there is no idoc available in the system.

Have you checked the table EDID4?

Also, Check the workflow log whether business object IDOCINVOIC initialized with the IDOC number or not?

Inport and Export parameters of Business object IDOCINVOIC should be checked.
