Hi guys ,

i am new to workflow ..just a question

1.i went to swdd and executed my workflow , then i entered some input paramters and pressed F8 and then it said " task ...started (in process ) "...then i went to workflow log to see the exact status..

2. now i have an activity in another workflow which has a object method which calls a transaction screen..

so when i execute that WF and enter input parameteres and predd F8 , it takes me to that screen...

but now how do i see workflow log as that screen is not visible.

Please check in SWI1 tcode by entering the workitem number.

if you know the object type and object number, check in SWI6

Goto SBWP tcode and in Outbox, check under workitems executed by me.

There you will have an entry select that press the log icon which will appear at the top.

Dear Ravi,

Can u tell which agent is mapped for that activity step in ur workflow.

Please check the agent which u hv mapped for activity in another workflow which has a object method which calls a transaction screen.

If that agent is urself or WF_initiator....thn as soon as u execute the workflow...it will directly call the transaction.

Hi,

You goto SWDD transaction or SWUS transaction and goto the execution screen.

Now you will have 4 Tabs like Input Data, Ad Hoc Agents, Deadline Data and Outcome Tabs.

In the outcome Tab you can check the executed worklfows select the latest entry and click on the workflow log icon.

Hope this would be the easy way and check it if you are executing the workflow through SWDD transaction.
