Hi All,
I have found the issue and fixed the same.
Exception '1003' is not defined for method 'SENDTASKDESCRIPTION' object type
'SELFITEM' will be raised when we have checked the Signature checkbox and Encrypt checkbox.
I have unchecked both the check box and my issue has been solved.
Thanks for all your time.
Regards,
Sasi
Check the addressstring container element in send mail task is getting populated. If not find why it is not getting populated. If you change the container element and restart it it will surely work.
Thanks

Hello Sasi,
We had the same problem. There were issues in the binding of the task (transaction PFTS, open your task and click on the green icon). Also, there were missing parameters in our task container.
Check also the content of the e-mail text and all the translations.
Hope it helps,
Julien

Hello Sasi !
Check in workflow log for the mail step whether the container that should be populated with e-mail id contains e-mail id.

Hello,
How has the recipient been defined - user, position, org unit, email address?
If there are positions amongst the recipients, check if any are empty.

Rick
