Workflow Email Notification not triggered for condition contract

Hi Expert,

I am talking about condition contract workflow. When condition contract released for approval an email notification is sent to all recipients. but when any one of them approving email notification not triggered.

I have setup anyone approve will release contract. I am using standard email template. Am I missing any steps?
