Wily - missing java server info

Hi

In our solman setup running 7.01 sp8 we have a pi 7.1 system which has been configured with diagnostic and host agents.

It has two dialog servers with each two java servers.

The one node shows information for both java-servers but the other node only shows information for server1. This goes for both the

wily console and investigator. The Invistigator can see the server0, but shows no data such as memory or number of threads about it.

Does anyone know the reason for this?

Hi,

Can you please check two things:

1. In SOLMAN diagnostics, check the results of setup of SMD agent on those nodes. did it go successfully?

2. The go to ontroscope agent setup, and select the server node, where the data is not coming and check if the agent is "running" or it says "running and needs a restart". Or onemore check is select that node and expand the server node details, it will give you the entroscope manager and corresponding details. hope there should not be any error.

If still the problem persists, do the setup again for that node in introsocope setup.

Hi and thank you for the reply.

I have checked this. The agent is deployed on both physical nodes. As i mention it shows data from the agent but only for java server1 - not for server0. On the other physical node both server0 and server1 shows data - just as it is supposed to do.

Have you checked http://<server>:<port>/SMD under Managed Systems -> Introscope Agent

Is the agent deployed and running in both nodes??
