Hi ,
In SCOT/SOST i see few E-mails which have not been sent, they are in 'error' state. My question is, will the sender be notified in such cases?
If yes , is it via E-mail? or will the user be notified only in SAP Business Workplace alone?
Also, in SCOT-- settings--Outbound messages--settings--Under 'status request' tab, there is an option which says 'request notification' , in our landscape it is set to 'only if errors'
What does it mean?
Request clarification before answering.
Hallo Beneeta George,
I think the user can get a notification if there is an error occured in SCOT/SOST. If you would like to know if he gets or not.
Just go to transaction SBWP and then send am Email to in valid email. Then you you get a notifcation that the email could be sent.
Best regards
Ebrahim Hatem

Dear Beneeta,
Normaly they should get an express message in their inbox.
Kind regards,
Martin
