Will Security audit log activate after a restart?

I have activated the security audit log profile on 10-Oct. That time one filter was active with a specific user name(XYZ) and client.

Then I have changed the user name and client to * on 11-Oct and saved.

so the system showing:
Active profile: ZLOG Activated by:<my user name> Date:10-Oct
Displayed profile: ZLOG Changed by:<my user name> Date:11-Oct

Now, If I restart the system, will the security audit log static configuration get activated with user and client = * ?
or it will get activated with the specified user name(XYZ) only? (when the profile was activated on 10th)

Running the audit logs using dynamic configuration for now. But need to fix the static configuration and activate using it.

Dear Kaustav,

it will be set to the last saved profile which is username/client to *.
