Why is health monitoring not working for Datasphere?

We have Datasphere in our Landscape of Cloud ALM. Health monitoring was initially collecting data, but suddenly stopped working. i have triple checked the setup procedures, which is like a dog chasing its tail... 

Can someone provide concise instructions from cradle to grave on connecting Datasphere and Cloud ALM?

Hi Kurt,

There is actually no setup step for connecting SAP Datasphere to SAP Cloud ALM. 

if you have subscribed to it in one of your subaccounts, then it automatically gets imported into Cloud ALM and is visible in landscape management. We just went into Health Monitoring se case and toggled the monitoring ON for it. Usually after few mins, the data is visible.

Does the data collection show any error or is in green?

thank you for reaching out to us. In general we have many customer which are using Health Monitoring to monitor Datasphere.

In your case it is difficult to answer without an deep investigation. I would propose to reach out to cloudalm@sap.com so that we can align and have together a look why it suddenly stopped.

Seems the issue was on the SAP side. All is well now.
