From 6:30 AM EST through 7:45 AM (at least) http://iablog.sybase.com/efarrar/ has been unreachable.
Performance of other parts of sybase.com, like this site, seems to be [cough] uneven, but it's hard to tell the difference between the usual unpredictability and something new and More Horrible.
