Who knows application Helpdesk HM 3.2 ?

I post this thread here as I am not sure where elso to post it. Does anyone know something about this transaction J5HP ? We use it on customer side and for me it´s a good tool. But I can´t find any information of it (where to get it, price, etc.).

Who has any experience with it ?

Hello Peter,

Transaction "J5HP" does not exist in Solution Manager systems.

Perhaps the forum who product matches the SAP System wherer you can execute this transaction is the correct forum for this post?
