Where to maintain ISLM Connection mapping in S/4HANA Public Cloud

I was following multiple blogs to understand what is ISLM. There was a place where they were doing configuration in ISLM Connection mapping in SPRO. How to do that in S/4HANA Public Cloud version.

Assuming that I need to create a new Data Attribute Recommendation Scenario, where should I maintain the SAP BTP Data Attribute Recommendation service key details in the SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud ?
