Where to look up the saved variables in the Moniter tab in sap CAI

Hi,

I have created a skill save feedback and I am asking user to enter value between 1 to 5 and I am saving the input in a variable feedback and closing the chat, now i want to check what is the value that all my users are giving as feedback in the monitor tab.
Is there any tab in monitor tab where i can see all the saved variables during the chat so that i can improve my bot?

Hi Kishore,

I can think of two ways for your requirement.

One way is to go to Monitoring tab and filter on your feedback intent. The responses can be fetched and downloaded.

You might also be able to filter based on the feedback memory value.

The other option that I could think of was to trigger a external service call which stores your feedback to any third party survey analytics tool.

Thanks a lot for your reply,
I am starting the save feedback skill from another skill, so at present in the Moniter tab the save feedback is showing in the Skills never used List and skill trigger count is zero, could you please give me more clarification on where exactly i can filter based on the feedback memory value?..because I could not find the filter based on bot memory values

Hi Kishore,

If you are capturing your feedback in an entity, then you can filter based on entity as well.
