Does anyone know how I can add more links to this list by clicking Material? when the documents are Purchase order

This document consumes the following:
CDS: C_PurOrdItemEnh:

I understand that the valuehelp of the material is the following:

Semantic object:

but I can't find how to generate that list of links and how to add one or more.

Related Apps will appear once they have the same Sematic Object - in this case 'Material'.
Also make sure that the User does have the Authorization for the new created target mapping that should appear in the list.
