Where can I find MOPatch 2.1.28 ?

Dear all

To apply the latest SBP for Oracle 18c we must use MOPatch 2.1.28 or higher:
"You must use MOPatch version 2.1.28 or later for installing this SBP"

The newest version in the download section is 2.1.27.

Is version 2.1.28 available for public download?

Check ZIP File. The README shows that this needs to be extracted from the SAP....ZIP.
