When running BW  Query in SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office user get's error

An exception occurred in one of the data sources. SAP BI Add-in has disconnected all data sources
[3ccb-6ef7-ee] Nested exception. See inner exception below for more details

SAP BI Add-in has disconnected all data sources.

What was done to fix this issue:

1) Uninstalled SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office

2) Removed all files in \SAP\Cof folder

3) Removed all files in \SAP AG\SAP BusinessObjects Advanced Analysis including the files in “cache” 

4) Removed all files from Windows %temp% folder

5) Installed SAP Analysis for Office multiple version 2.8.SP22 and SP24, version  (original version for which user raised an incident is 2.8.SP9)

regarding Query in question  in general - it does work for all other users so i may be local issues but whatever I've found so far in SAP notes did not help

Current User setup:

Win 11 ( on Win 10) there was no issue like this

did you check Analysis-configuration? did you check 32 or 64bit Office-Installation? did you check firewall/remote-access diff. between the users?
