What tables need to be backed (and restored) up for SAP Cloud ALM when doing on-prem system refresh?

We are doing refresh in our landscape. We want to know what tables related to SAP Cloud ALM need to be backed up (and later restored) in the managed system being refreshed.

The KBA 3310685 - SAP Cloud ALM tables that needs to be backed up when refreshing the managed system explains the reasons that backup and restore of table data is required when performing a system refresh. It also points to the Configuration Tables section in the SAP Cloud ALM Expert Portal for Operations with the full list of tables that must be backed-up and restored after the refresh.
