We are doing refresh in our landscape. We want to know what tables related to SAP Cloud ALM need to be backed up (and later restored) in the managed system being refreshed.
Request clarification before answering.

It also points to the Configuration Tables section in the SAP Cloud ALM Expert Portal for Operations with the full list of tables that must be backed-up and restored after the refresh.
