what should be the value of parameter "SystemCookiesDataProtection" as per SAP RISE standards?

Hi,

I do not have this parameter set in my system. I wanted to know if this parameter is mandatory to set in any of the profiles or it can be ignored. If it has to be set, then what is the SAP RISE standard value for this parameter?
