Have I understood it correctly that SAP Conversational AI is free? Or is it only free for SAP-internal use?

You can use Consumption based pricing model or can use subscription based pricing model for using SAP Conversational AI productively.

So if I want to use a bot in production (how is that defined?), I would have to use the "consumption-based pricing model"?
