What is the planned replacement for Configuration Validation in Cloud ALM?

What is the planned replacement for Solution Manager Configuration Validation, Dashboard Builder and the Security Optimization Service once Solution Manager is out of service.     
Will there be equivalent functionality offered in ALM once Solution Manager is out of service?

Dear Customer,

In Cloud ALM, we have CSA(Configuration and Security Analysis) function instead of Configuration Validation in Solution Manager system.
"Transition to Configuration and Security Analysis in SAP Cloud ALM provides analysis and validation of configuration items like technical parameters, software versions and patch levels."
