What is the difference between OMS and OMM, while using SAP Commerce with S/4 Hana which to use?

We are planning to integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with S/4 Hana Public Cloud, as part of this we need to integrate the Order notifications. 

When I went through the documentation we need to use hooks for notifications but I see oms and omm hooks for e.g : sapCpiOmmOrderConfirmationPersistenceHook and sapCpiOmsOrderConfirmationPersistenceHook, I am bit confused on which one to use in iflow.

These hook files configured in middleware system like SCPI. You can check with them which hook file they configured. SCPI for some default configurations along with these hooks configuration as well. As of now we used sapCpiOmsOrderConfirmationPersistenceHook hook with SAP commerce cloud version 2211.24.
