What is the Better way for developing Reports in SAP S/4 Hana private Cloud?

Hi SAP Experts!

We are working on SAP S/4 Hana Private Edition implementation, it would be grateful  if you could suggest what is the better way for developing Reports in Private Edition?

Whether we need to develop in ALV Reports in SE38 or any other feasible way for developing in Private edition?

you should go with embedded analytics

gui/alv/dynpro should be the least favored.
