What is the best way to import models into PD from Casewise Corporate Modeller?

I've been asked to put together a proposal for migrating models from Casewise Corporate Modeller to PD. I can think of several ways of doing this:

1. Use the Toolbus bridge - that costs money
2. Exporting from Casewise to ERwin, then from ERwin to PD - that could be fun 🙂
3. Creating an XML Import in PD, and importing from an XML-format Casewise file
4. Exporting CSV or Excel files from Casewise, and importing into PD

Has anyone migrated from Casewise to PD? Which way worked for you?

I should say that all of these are data models - not EA or BPM, as far as I know
