What is the Best Way to extract Message Statistics from SAP PO system?

What is the Best Way to extract messages statistics from SAP PO system? I would like to have a report that contains below data,

1. Number of messages per interface in a month

2. Maximum, average and minimum message size per interface in that month

I have tried extracting the data from performance monitor but it just segregates the data for a day(not a month) and Not seeing any options in monitoring overview page as well. Please help
