What are post-conversion/upgrade from ECC to S4 HANA PM & CS module Activities ?

I need your help, if anyone can share with me, what Activities to be taken care post-conversion/upgrade whilst taking up ECC to S/4 HANA 2023 in an Upgrade Project, for Plant Maintenance & Customer Service modules ?
