WF still in Error status

Hi,

Initially a workitem went into error yesterday. Today, surprisingly it got executed by itself automatically without any manual changes.

But the main workitem of the WF i.e., the parent WF Id still seems to be in error status. Ideally it should have been restarted and set to COMPLETED status.

I have checked in SWU3, the environment "Schedule Background Job for Work Items with Errors" seems running fine as I have tested the same scenario in other test systems.

We are not able to say this as a one-off case as this is the second time

Any pointers regarding this would be of great help .

Please check the error from the Workflow Log. This will give a more detailed description of your issue. You might be trying to execute something with inappropriate data. Please check through SWO1 by testing Business Object.
