Webi stored procedure prompt giving data type conversion error

Hello,

I am trying to execute a stored procedure in Webi, which executes fine in SSMS and in Crystal Reports. In Webi, I get the error "Error converting data type varchar to datetime".

I am able to replicate this error in SSMS if I put quotes around the date, like below, which makes me think this is what Webi is doing when I validate it, converting the date into a string.

Do I need to change the stored procedure, and if so, how? Or change the prompt syntax?

Using SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 7 Patch 8.
