Webi Scheduling report

Hi Everyone,

I have a question on scheduling a BOBJ report.

I have three columns, Selling Month, Selling month Start date and End date.

I would need to schedule a report every month so it picks the whole selling month correctly. It is not the actual month 1st and 30/31st.

Example: January 2021- It can start on Jan 1st 2021 and end on Feb 2nd 2021. So the schedule should automatically pick it up.

Within BO, I know we can run Daily, Monthly based on a specific date. I am exactly not sure on how to schedule this type of a report. Help is greatly appreciated.

Right click on the report-Schedule->recurrence->select once and set the date and time for schedule to run.Open the prompt section and update the from and To date.

e.g. for Jan report will run on the 3rd Feb then under the recurrence select 3rd Feb date and time and in prompt set the start date 1st Jan and end date 2nd Feb.similarly create for other months

Ah, so you are saying we have to update all the dates manually? Can we enter it for the whole year at the same time.... Nothing that is automatic so we can create the report on those dates and use it to automate to run every month based on those begin and end dates? We will need to automate it 12 begin dates so It picks up previous month's data to an email. Please keep me posted if there is a way to do it.
