Webi Error : Dereferencing of the NULL reference

Hi All,

While executing a Webi report we are getting the below error. The report is based on the BEx query and is using a customer exit variable to calculate the last day of the month based on the fiscal year/period selected. On executing the report, the selection prompt window does not appear instead the error msg occurs. The Bex query is working fine in RSRT and Analyzer.

The report is working fine in quality and this error occurrs only in production. Please let me know if anyone has faced this issue before. We are on BW 7.31.

Thanks for the info on notes...turns out a BOBJ server bounce cured most of our woes!
