Webhooks not working with Teams

I'm working on a bot which include some simple skills (intent and answer through cai ui) and some more advanced one that use webhooks.

Simple skills works on both the CAI UI and through Teams, but the webhook one only works through cai ui. When testing through Teams I can see "the bot is typing..." but I don't get answer.

Is there a config I'm missing?
