Basis team tried to deploy the edited HTML on Quality server and test , Basis team says when they see the print prview HTML page looks fine , but when it is run on Quality system ,stilll it showing the old page and reason is URL pointing to Production system., basis team says it must be mainatied in portal or ECC backend , as developer i need to finout and delete it. That "right panel" side of your screenshot is usually part of your Homepage Framework configuration (or similar) and will "point" to a static HTML page. That static page can have any kinda of links you want on it or whatever (as you have).

Those kinds of pages are usually stored in KM on the portal server somewhere.....and often will differ slightly in each system (ie. on the DEV portal, links will refer to DEV locations). So you need to find that document (the static HTML page) and where it is kept. These are typically MANUALLY uploaded in each system....and because of that, you can have one HTML doc for DEV, one for QA and one for PRD with all the same "name" but the links in it will be different.

Looking at your URL there, you can CLEARLY see it is in KM and looks like you will find it in the docs/documents path. If you have the access on your portal server (usually as a Content Administrator, you will have this), you can go to KM, locate the document, download it, save a backup, modify as needed and upload your new/changed document version of it. Then it will be available (you may have to clear your browser cache to see the change or right click on the "right panel" side and select "refresh" when on there again).
