web service ping failed (rc=503). service ping error not found

Hi Experts,

We have install Solution Manager 7.1. Now we at EGI Basic Configuration 71 Day2, we are facing an error on Web Service Configuration - Logical Ports Creation. Error message: web service ping failed (rc=503). service ping error not found. Please advice.

Please chek the sap note 1659135 - Web service invocation problem on the Solman 7.1

and are you getting any specific error in any of the steps in solman_Setup??

what is your progress on solman_Setup?

And if you are in EGI, SAP should support you s t? may i ask?

Please update the check result.
