Watermark in sap webi report

Hello Expert,

I have a requirement to automatically include specific elements in all Web Intelligence (WebI) reports created by users, particularly during ad-hoc report creation. Each report page should include the following by default:

1. A watermark (please refer to the attached image for reference)

2. The last data refresh date

3. Page numbers

Ideally, the watermark (as shown in below pic) should be visible during design time. However, it is acceptable if it appears at least during export or printing.

If this functionality is not natively supported, could you please advise whether a custom SDK-based solution can help achieve this?
