WAD - How to call a wad from a wad...

Hi Expert.

I have a WAD with 4 tables that are filters by CALMONTH.

I need to add a button in order to click on it and open another WAD with 4 charts , this new wad has to be filter by the same value in CALMONTH.

Any idea how can i do it?

HI,

You can do this with RRI.

Use the Query of webtemplate 1 as a Sender & Define Web template 2 as Receiver.

Remember,You cannot use Webtemplate as Sender.So you can acheive this by using query of that template.

After doing this,in Web Template1...if you right click on Sender query -> Go to -> Web template 2

This will open Web Template 2 in seperate window.

Hi,

Paste button on your template click on button property->internal display->click button->action command->all commands->commands for web templates->Select change web template or set web template

Use same tables & data source in second template (chart)

Use the same query/view for the charts also , and insert the 4 charts in the down of respective tables.
