VPN Connection Information

We are in the process of onboarding a customer to SAP, and while the deal is closed and the PPF stage is in progress, the customer has a few queries about VPN connections. 

Currently, the customer is using the Forticlient Tool for VPN connections. Below are the queries raised for the VPN Connection:

1. Is it possible to add a new connection specifically for SAP applications?
2. If a new VPN connection is required, will there be any associated costs?
3. Can the primary location user access the SAP application without connecting to the VPN, with only remote users needing to connect via VPN to access SAP applications.
