VIM / OpenText Function Modules link/documentation

HI Everyone,

Where can I find the documentation of Function Modules Created by VIM in what website should I look? I cannot find the correct site

and question, who created the FM "/OPT/*****" is it SAP or OpenText or the SAP customers developers ? I am not yet familiar on this kind of scenario and objects. My expectation is SAP created this because the name of FM starts with "/" and did not start from "Z"
