Vertical scrollbar jumps to end.

Hello,

In GUI, I have screen which contains data in ALV tree, and its corresponding rows have checkbox. When I am selecting or deselecting the checkbox, then scrollbar is jumping to end. This issue is happening only for few entries like when i am selecting/deselecting first 8 checkbox then scrollbar jumps to end. Whats the issue here? where should I look for this kind of issue? any hint? @Sandra_Rossi

Without minimal code to reproduce (create a little program dedicated to the issue), impossible to say what is buggy in your code.

Hi, when we click on check box, it calls handle event method where it manipulate checkbox (eg:- select or deselect based on other checkbox.....etc). Inside this method before manipulation, we are calling "get_channel_state" and after manipulation called "set_channel_state", this two method were called to get and set channel structure so that we can avoid collapse of alv tree. Now my doubt is weather scroll behaviour is controlled by standard or there is any method which control the behaviour of scrollbar or how it is associated with select/deselect of checkbox event??  @Sandra_Rossi Thank You.

From your question, everybody would have expected that you use something like CL_GUI_ALV_TREE, but you are using SET_CHANNEL_STATE that almost nobody knows. Sorry, can't help on this.

I guess it should be the method ENSURE_NODES_VISIBLE
